The Best of E.L.F. Cosmetics

Thanks for coming over to my new blog today! To learn more about this blog and what you can expect from it, please visit my "about" page! To start off this blog I thought I would do a round up of some of my most used, everyday products. These are all from an awesome company, E.L.F. (Eyes, Lips, Face). I first heard of ELF a couple years ago and when I first browsed through their site, I saw that everything was so cheap, there was no way that any of it could be good. Finally I saw some Youtubers that I love absolutely raving about their products and decided to give it a try! Don't let those low prices fool you because there really are some amazing products from this brand. Granted some of them are duds... I'll do another post on that later, but for today, here is the round-up of ELF products that I use daily, that I can't live without!

1. Eye Shadow Prism Palette: I have mine in the color "naked". These are high pigment shadows that last all day long. The quality is great, and they last all day long. This pallet is my go to for my everyday neutral eye look!

2. Studio Blush Palette: These blushes are super pigmented! A little goes a long way! I have mine in the color light, and this is my go to blush everyday of my life. 

3. Eyebrow Kit: This kit is super easy to use to fill in the sparse spots on your brows. It's super affordable and a great alternative to similar ridiculously priced items at Sephora that do the same thing. 

4. Flawless Finish Foundation: There are so many over priced drugstore foundations lately. This one is only $6 and lasted me for months. I love the medium coverage that it gives, and it's semi-long-lasting capability. I'm actually really excited for my current foundation to run out so I can get another bottle of this one to use. 

5. Mineral Face Primer: I use this everyday before I put on my foundation and it just glides so smoothly over the skin. It helps hold my foundation in place and the minerals have positive benefits for your skin! 

6. Studio SPF 45 Sunscreen: This is an ELF product that I never hear anyone talk about, and it's one of my favorites! It's basically a tinted finishing powder with sunscreen in it and I love it! It helps to make my skin matte throughout the day if I'm getting oily and need a touch up, and it's provides you with amazing sun protection!

 7. Luscious Liquid Lipstick: These lipsticks are awesome! They are pretty opaque and only cost $1! You don't get a crazy amount of product in the tube, but they're an awesome formula, and I wear them all the time! 

8. Brushes: Brushes can be so expensive, especially when you're just starting out! I love ELF's brushes, and really don't have plans of upgrading anytime soon! The studio line is a lot better quality than their essential line (the hairs on the brushes fall out sometimes in the essential line), but my favorites are the complexion brush, the blush brush, the flat brush, the small smudge brush, the eyeshadow "c" brush, and the crease brush!
